Gov. Mark Dayton’s budget and Bemidji

I just got off a conference call with Gov. Mark Dayton and commissioners Jim Schowalter and Myron Frans to discuss his budget proposal. I’ll have a story on proposed LGA changes for tomorrow’s paper.
